Extended Hours

During the winter months (mid-September through mid-May) our Centralia East location will offer extended evening hours:  Monday through Thursday until 8:00 pm for pre-scheduled Well Child Checkups and sick visits.  This is not a walk-in clinic; appointments for the extended evening clinic can be made by calling our main number (360)-736-6778.

We also offer early morning appointments in our Centralia East location, Monday through Friday starting at 7:00 am.  These appointments are typically for pre-scheduled visits but there are some same-day sick appointments available at that time as well.  Please call us at (360)-736-6778 to schedule an appointment.

Quik Kids Clinic

We offer a Walk-In Clinic for our patients Monday through Friday from 12 pm-8 pm, and Sundays 5-8 pm.  No appointment will be necessary and patients will be seen on a first come, first served basis.  This is a clinic for those with urgent medical issues that cannot wait overnight for regular office hours.  We will not be able to see patients requiring x-rays, blood work, stitches, or non-acute/non-urgent problems (those should be scheduled as regular office visits because they typically require more time than can be offered at a Walk-In Clinic).

Saturday Office Hours

Our Centralia West office is open Saturday mornings, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, for urgent sick-child visits by appointment only. You may call our office after 8:00 am to schedule these same-day appointments.
