Bethany joined the Northwest Pediatric team June 1, 2009. After completing high school, she attended a missionary training school (YWAM) in Denver, CO where she elected to go on a 2 month mission trip to South America. This trip inspired her to begin her college career in hopes of becoming a nurse practitioner in order to help others in need. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Oregon, Bethany hopped across the nation to Nashville, TN where she completed her Master’s degree in Nursing. Her favorite rotation was with Pediatric Oncology.
A Northwest native, Bethany has lived in most areas of the U.S. and is very excited to return home. She recently got married in July 2011. Her husband, Torey, and her live in Olympia where they enjoying many outdoor activities together, especially when there is sunshine.
Activities Bethany enjoys include: sipping coffee, reading, cooking, creating new recipes, constructing cards, playing board games, traveling around the world, involvement in church activities, and all types of outdoor recreation. She has recently taken up cycling and enjoys cycling around the Northwest and enjoying the other outdoor activities it has to offer. She is also very passionate about mission work.
